Dave Thomas Animation

I was asked to produce an animated sliding header for the pages. Click another page on the site to see the animation.

This was written entirely in javascript, and includes the digital clock.

Sustainable Events

Sustainable events was a sub-contracted programming task to create a tool to help the events industry measure their level of "sustainability". The tool followed the British Standard BS8901 closely, allowing users to record their sustainability across a broad range of factors. The tool has both a user front end, and an admin module so that the site owners can edit the tool's functionality to keep up with industry changes. Other parts of the site required a page editor and contact management system.

IT Storage Information and Job Site

A complex site written in ASP for a client. The site has a job search engine with upload facilities from backend software. It also hosts an industry specific calender, searchable news list and resource list, making the site a portal for the Data Storage industry.

Much of the site is user editable making it easy for the end user to update quickly and easily.

Oldfield Ellis Recruitment

A recruitment site that required an online searchable database of jobs updateable from back-office software, a subscription newsletter program, and other user editable pages such as links.

Team News Delivery Software

Team News is a desktop application that helps newsagents with the complex task of deliveries, holiday stops and starts, billing, stock control, and wages. The package runs under both windows and Linux.

Apex Nursing Agency

Apex required a number of interactive pages. These included an updateable list of training courses, nursing links, a news page and FAQs.

Additionally the site has a list of vacancies available throught the region.

A Blackburn based company, Epic rquired a website to show case their product. The task involved the complete website design, and recommendations regarding hosting and the e-mail system.
